We are looking for Referral Specialists to support and sustain our growth.

What You Will Do:

Oversee the execution of process, system, and technical improvements to the Employee Referral Program.
Partner cross-functionally across the People team to plan and execute projects.
Oversee weekly reporting on operational hygiene and quarterly reporting on program metrics.
Maintain all communication with referrers, including answering questions in our email and Slack channels, writing our monthly newsletter, and overseeing our CSAT.
Partner with Recruiters to ensure a positive referral experience.
Proactively identify and recommend creative solutions to current processes to help scale the program.

Skill and Qualifications:

1+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Experience using an applicant tracking system to maintain a candidate pipeline.
Experience creating reports using Excel or Google Sheets, preferably with experience using data analytics tools like Looker.
Experience managing multiple competing projects through completion.
Experience collaborating across multiple teams and holding stakeholders accountable.
