Job Requirements/qualifications:
• 1 to 5 yrs of experience in related field
• Must be an outstanding decision Maker
- Formulates policies and planning recommendations to the Board
- Decides or guides courses of action in operations by staff
• Manager
- Oversees operations of organization
- Implements plans
- Manages human resources of organization
- Manages financial and physical resources
• Board Developer
- Assists in the selection and evaluation of board members
- Makes recommendations, supports Board during orientation and
self-evaluation
-Supports Board's evaluation of Chief Executive
• Must speak & write Excellent English
• Desire to lead and be part of a multinational team
• Results oriented, assertive, very disciplined in nature and Street-smart
• Willing to learn fast, flexible and keen with details
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Team player and can easily adapt to a new set-up company
