JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
•Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
•Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
•Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
•High School/ Senior High School Grad
•With or Without Call Center Experience
•Willing to work shifting schedule
