-Obtains and verify client information by answering telephone calls.
-Informs clients by explaining procedures
-Answering questions and providing information
-Recommending improved procedures
-Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
-Build sustainable relationships and engagement with customers
REQUIREMENT:
-At least High School Graduate
-At legal age to work in the Philippines
-No experience required BUT an experience is an ADVANTAGE
-Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
-Good English communication skills and active listening skills
-Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule
-Must be willing to work in Cebu
-Must be available for a phone call interview
Starting salary is 13,000 php with allowance
