JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Obtains and verify client information by answering telephone calls.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures
- Answering questions and providing information
- Recommending improved procedures
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Build sustainable relationships and engagement with customers
REQUIREMENT:
- At least High School Graduate
- At legal age to work in the Philippines
- No experience required BUT an experience is an ADVANTAGE
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Good English communication skills and active listening skills
- Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule
- Must be willing to work in Cebu
- Must be available for a phone call interview
Starting salary is 13k with allowance
