Qualifications
Graduate of any 4yr or 2yr course
Undergraduates are welcome but should be an incoming 3rd yr student
Must be 18yrs old and above
Above average English communication skills
Good customer handling skills
BPO / Call center experience is an advantage BUT not required
Willing to start right away
Willing to work in shifting schedules, graveyard shift, holidays


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Provide a pro-active, friendly and efficient customer service to all customers
•Customer centric approach to handle every transaction.
•Resolve customers dispute and handle objection with utmost professional approach
•Keep oneself updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures
•Keep all company information which includes customer information confidential and secured
