ANTS BEGONE-S is formulated for easy dispensing. Just save bottle caps, fill several and place them in close proximity to where you find ants attracted to common foods and particularly anything sweet. The caps from one liter soft drink bottles work well as an example. The -S is for ants attracted to sweet substances and most of the common ants you see are. We strongly SUGGEST you try this first as most ants (not all) are attracted to sweet. Three or four caps filled and placed in the path of ants is usually adequate for most infested areas. If you wish to not have a recurrence fill the caps once a week. You can also simply put a few drops right on the path. If they start feeding this will normally take care of that next. DO NOT kill or wipe up ants you see feeding as It works by their taking the sweetened solution back to their nest where ALL ants in the nest feed on it and the colony is wiped out. Using caps around the perimeter of your home is also effective and our tests have shown this to make infestation in the home significantly less. Placing them under the eves will keep rain from diluting the poison.

IMPORTANT: Please shake the solution vigorously for 5 seconds IMMEDIATELY before filling the caps to insure mixing of the chemicals and maximizing results. If the chemicals have separated tap the bottom firmly before shaking.

Once they start feeding you will no longer see ants from that colony within 24 to 48 hours but you may have multiple nests and even different species of ants so continuing this process for up to three days or more can be necessary. A filled cap will last three days or longer depending on where it is placed in the home. Outside in direct sunlight it may only last a day (evaporation). A drop or two next to the cap will make it easier for ants to find it.

ANT Facts: There are almost 15,000 cataloged species of ants in the world. The majority of species live in tropical climates. In our testing, from the seashore to Nipa huts in the mountains, we have not found any place where either this product or the following ant eradicator did not stop ant infestations and eliminate the colony.
