They attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. CSR opens customer accounts by recording account information. Lastly, maintains customer records by updating account information.
Requirements:
- Applicant must be at least a HS graduate
- You must possess good English communication skills both in written and oral
- Working experience is a plus but not a requirement
- Can work in shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Cebu
- NO AWOL RECORDS
- Willing to have a phone interview
